Article 1 — Seller Identification

ICONIC VERSAILLES offers the following product categories for sale:

• •Paintings and works of art, from modern creations to 17th century works
• •Animal certificates and related documents
• •Prestige watches
• •Cabinet of curiosities — rare, unique and collectible objects

Each item offered for sale is carefully described on the website. ICONIC VERSAILLES is committed to presenting photographs and descriptions as faithful to reality as possible. Given the nature of the products (vintage items, works of art, antique objects), slight differences in colour or appearance may exist between the visuals and the actual item, without this constituting grounds for complaint.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC). ICONIC VERSAILLES reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation.

Article 4 — Payment Methods

ICONIC VERSAILLES accepts the following payment methods:

Payment is due in full at the time of order. ICONIC VERSAILLES does not ship any items before receipt and confirmation of payment.

Article 5 — Orders

The order is deemed firm and final after payment validation. A confirmation email summarising the items ordered, total price and delivery times is sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order. ICONIC VERSAILLES reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock depletion, obvious pricing error or suspected fraud.

Article 6 — Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 working days of payment confirmation. This timeframe is indicative; ICONIC VERSAILLES cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or external circumstances. Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer is invited to check the condition of the parcel and items in the presence of the delivery person. Any anomaly must be reported immediately to the carrier and confirmed in writing to ICONIC VERSAILLES within 48 hours.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, individual customers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay penalties. To exercise this right, the customer must notify ICONIC VERSAILLES by email at [email protected] or by post to the registered office address.

Items must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused, within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. Return costs are borne by the customer. ICONIC VERSAILLES will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Exceptions: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Article 8 — Legal Guarantees

All buyers benefit from the following legal guarantees:

In the event of a conformity defect, the customer may choose between repair or replacement. If these solutions are impossible or disproportionate, the customer may obtain a price reduction or contract termination.

Article 9 — Liability

ICONIC VERSAILLES cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold. ICONIC VERSAILLES's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Article 10 — Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, ICONIC VERSAILLES offers a consumer mediation scheme. In the absence of amicable resolution, the customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform:

Article 11 — Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with ICONIC VERSAILLES's Privacy Policy, available on iconicversailles.com.

Article 12 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. For consumer disputes, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence.
